All weight loss treatments requiring a prescription are only dispensed following a satisfactory online consultation. Our pharmacist will review your responses and medical history before making any prescribing decision.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following consultation. If your request is declined on clinical grounds, you will be notified and, where appropriate, advised to consult your GP.
You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances during the course of treatment. Providing false information to obtain a prescription is a criminal offence under the Medicines Act 1968.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption.
Prices displayed include all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, a full refund will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
Orders approved by our pharmacist are dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery is via a tracked service to UK addresses only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect address details provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide an accurate and secure delivery address.
Medicines must be stored as directed on the packaging upon receipt. We are not liable for any deterioration resulting from improper storage after delivery.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided that the prescription medicines have not been dispensed. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns for safety and regulatory reasons.
